Site Manager
Quantity Surveyor
We have an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team at our Kempston site. This is a hybrid role, with some home working as well as a requirement for you to work in the office and visit sites.
You must have strong NEC experience and be familiar with Compensation Events, especially taking ownership of claims. Other areas of responsibilities include CVR (cost value reconciliation), assessments, forecasting, and analysis. Ideally you will have large infrastructure project experience and have been involved in claims, particularly where there has been a delay in the programme. A full UK Driving Licence is required.
Process Engineer
Senior Process Engineer
Location: Kempton, Bedfordshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process design from concept through to commissioning
- Prepare P&IDs, mass balance diagrams, and technical documentation

Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering mechanical engineering solutions from concept through to completion. Working closely with our Technical Director and Lead Design Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, produce technical documentation, and support the growth of our mechanical design function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Develop efficient mechanical design layouts and ensure HSE compliance
- Support CAD Designers and oversee fabrication/assembly drawings
- Conduct equipment selection and technical assessments
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure project success
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvement
- Support business development and client engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Chartered Engineer status
- 5–10+ years’ experience in water/wastewater sectors
- Strong technical, commercial, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Eurocodes and mechanical design standards
- UK resident with full UK driving licence

Project Engineer – FLI Water

At FLI Water, we design, build, and operate cutting-edge process technology for municipal and industrial clients — and we’re looking for a driven Project Engineer to help us deliver excellence from concept to completion.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll assist in managing multiple mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation and fabrication projects in parallel — ranging from £5,000 to £3 million. You’ll be involved from client order through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and with zero accidents. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where collaboration, technical insight, and proactive problem-solving are key.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Project Managers across all phases of delivery
- Liaising with Water Company clients and suppliers to scope and execute works
- Assisting with tender preparation, site visits, and installation oversight
- Managing resources, materials, and purchasing (up to £15,000)
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and IMS standards
- Preparing method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams for off-site manufacture and installation
- Handling up to 10 projects in parallel, depending on scope
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in engineering or project management support roles
- Preferably practical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes
- Familiarity with construction methods and equipment in the sector
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Valid CSCS card, SSSTS certification (preferred), and full UK driving licence
- Preferably a background in mechanical engineering
